Ellie Goulding

Ellie's (n e Elena Jane Goulding 30 December 1986, in Hereford England) is a English Songwriter and Singer. Ellie Goulding, a British musician and singer who gained fame in 2010 after her hit singles Guns and Horses and Starry Eyed caught public attention. Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. Goulding is a standout contemporary artist due to her singing voice that is soprano and the ability of making songs that are engaging and emotional. She's akin in many ways to Kate Bush, Imogen Heap as well as other artists of the same ilk. Polydor Records signed her to one of their record labels and she was preparing the debut album.
