She is responsible for all of our processes that deal with people, management of people along with Talent Management and Culture Development. Annmarie has a proven Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience having worked across a range of sectors, working with managers as well as their teams to increase business outcomes, particularly when there is growth or rapidly changing environments by designing, coordinating, and overseeing a comprehensive global people strategy. She has been a key partner in transforming human and business strategies into goals and strategic objectives for organizations and plans has included planning for organizational and performance as well as employee engagement, and change management. Passionate about the leadership of teams, she views the development of teams and their learning being the key to the competitive edge. Her broad experience with medium and small-sized businesses and Fortune 500 organizations in developing and coaching leaders that have demonstrated results and successful outcomes created corporate cultures that embrace changes and learning to positively impact individuals teams as well as organizations. Annmarie's love of Learning Ally has inspired her to give her talents and time to this charity. Additionally, she supports a variety of non-profit organisations in the time she has off. The Castell Project Leadership Development Committee is one of them. Its goal is to develop women as leaders.
