Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. At 16, she started competing in fitness competitions following the end of gymnastics. Within a year, she earned her Pro Card at age 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. She started to compete at fitness shows after giving up her childhood career in gymnastics. One year later at 17 she was awarded her professional card. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest ever. Ariel had to spend six years away from stage work when she was awarded her Professional card to complete her college. Following her completion of college, Ariel returned in the year 2015. She continued where she had left off in the previous contests including her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. Following her win in her first contest She continued to compete for several years setting new goals. In 2009 she was the winner of several fitness awards. Also, she became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) when she won the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel was able to take 6 years to earn her bachelor's degree, when she earned the Pro Card. The IFBB Fitness Pro Debut was held at Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in 2015 October. The athlete placed 3rd during the event. In June of 2016, she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify to compete in the Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage three months later taking her place 6th within the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectations before and was very satisfied with the results. She was up against the very best. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing an improved version of her body each year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of lat pulldowns with a single arm and pullups using a machine, along with bent-over rows. In the beginning, she is warm and then moves on to the sets she works on. Ariel makes use of her time effectively. Ariel does so by doing supersettings to all her back exercises. This involves three to four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
