Ina-Garten
Ina Garden is a famous American cookbook author who has received Emmy Awards. She is the host of the longest-running Food Network program, Barefoot Contessa. The series began in 2002. It will air for another 27 years. Ina Garten started her career as a journalist at the White House where she wrote the nuclear energy policy as well as budget reports. Although she found her job interesting initially, she eventually dropped interest and purchased a small speciality food shop - Barefoot Contessa. Her store was extremely successful for 18 years, until she made the decision to close it. Then she began writing the first book. Numerous magazines and cookbooks followed. Between them the Food Network show was also a success. She also sells everything from cooking equipment to items and even containers. Ina has never been to any cookery school or worked in a restaurant and is completely self-taught. Ina is known for her relaxed way of cooking and entertaining. Her best-known recipes include Skillet with roasted lemon chicken and Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac & cheese Beef Bourguignon. Balsamic roast Brussels Sprouts, Lemon Bars and Mac and Cheese.
